Shopping

Where is your clothing made?

Currently Retro Petite’s brand of clothing is made in the UK.

Other clothing brands place of manufacture may vary.

What brands do you stock?

Our own Retro Petite clothing brand.  We also stock Chi Chi London petite, Gatsbylady and City Goddess clothing.

Can I amend/cancel my order?

If you would like to amend or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the subject urgent.  Please note that once we have dispatched an order we are unable to amend or cancel your order.

Will out of stock items be restocked?

Some popular items may be restocked.  To find out when an item is restocked you are welcome to join the waitlist.  Select the size on the product page and add your email address and we will notify you when the item is back in stock.  Sale items are less likely to be restocked.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via PayPal and credit / debit card payments via stripe.

Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

We process orders from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and we aim to dispatch orders within 24 – 48 hours.  Please be aware that orders during holidays, bank holidays and busy seasons may take longer to dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped out to you, you will receive an email to let you know that your order is ‘Complete’ and on its way.  This email will include your tracking information.

You can also  track your order status by either signing into your account and viewing your order or by adding your email address and order ID into the form on the order tracking page. retropetite.com/order-tracking/

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free UK Delivery on orders over £40.

International shipping is free on orders over £100.

Do you deliver internationally?

Due to Covid-19 we have decided to temporarily suspend international shipments at this time.

Returns

How long do I have to return an item?

We want you to be happy with your order. If you would like to return an item please contact us at [email protected]

We must be notified by email within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return your order.  Once we have been notified items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.  In total you have 28 days from the day you receive your order to return the item to us.

Do you offer free returns?

We, unfortunately, do not offer free returns.  We would always recommend a signed for/tracked service.

When will I receive my refund on a returned item?

We aim to process all refunds within 10 days of receiving the item, in busy times it may take longer but all refunds will be processed within 28 days.

Promotions & Offers

Do you have any offers or discounts?

We  offer 10% off your next order for new email subscribers.   The discount code will be sent via email upon confirmation of signing up.  Also from time to time we have various offers and discounts.

Where is the email signup discount code?

Once you have confirmed your newsletter signup you will receive a confirmation of sign up email, which will include your discount code.  If you haven’t received this email please check your junk/spam email as new subscriptions can sometimes appear here.  If you still haven’t received the email then please email us at [email protected]
